The workshop, bordered by the small Atchinetche canal, is located opposite the Adour river, on the border between Anglet and Bayonne. This former building, located in the Jorlis artisanal zone, housed a boilermaker’s forge in the 1930s. In our workshop, where we make our Basque knives, we also offer knife sheaths, whetstones, oils for knife handle maintenance, Basque bottle openers, and books on cutlery and cutlers.
