This folding knife dating from 1722 is engraved on the lintel of a house in Cambo-Les-Bains. Its shape echoes that of the traditional Basque discoid stele.
Flat notch” system. Handle in Basque ewe horn. 12C27 stainless steel blade. Guillochage on blade with 7 “S” representing the 7 Basque provinces.
Engraving of the Basque cross (Lauburu) on the left-hand stele.
