Description
Fernando Ramos, an artisan cutler from Saint-Rémy-sur-Dolle, specializing in the guillochage of blades, plates and springs, created this model in honor of his two daughters Vic and Lili.
In 2016, he began his adventure in kitchen knives thanks to a meeting with MOFs (Meilleurs Ouvriers de France in the culinary field).
That same year, he launched the “Saint Rémy” knife, with simple specifications: a blade for sausages and, of course, a corkscrew. For Fernando is a fervent supporter of Saint-Rémy-sur-Durolle, the capital of corkscrew manufacture.
He has taken part in a number of community organizations, including the night markets, the Cutlers’ Trail and, of course, the association supporting his daughters Vic and Lili, who are disabled.
This folding knife features a Damascus stainless steel handle and a 12c27 sandvik stainless steel blade. The blade and spring are guilloché.
Dimensions: length, with blade open, is 220mm. In closed position: 125mm. Blade length: 100mm
The knife shown is the one you’ll receive!
