Folding knife inspired by the shape of the Makila, a traditional Basque stick. Created in our workshop since 2009. Snakewood handle and pommel.
The pommel is engraved with the traditional Basque cross (Lauburu). The handle features ancient motifs from the very first Makilas.
Blade in unhardened XC75 carbon steel.
Dimensions: closed knife length: 125 mm. Open knife length: 220 mm.
Fixed and rotating brass ferrules. The top of the blade is guilloched with è “E” for Euskal Herri (Basque Country) representing the 7 Basque provinces.
