This knife, dating from 1722, is engraved on the lintel of a house in Cambo-Les-Bains. Its shape echoes that of the Basque discoid stele. Our Basque table knives feature handles in a variety of woods: olive, holm oak, juniper, violet wood, birch and boxwood.

DESCRIPTION

This knife, dating from 1722, is engraved on the lintel of a house in Cambo-Les-Bains. Its shape echoes that of the traditional Basque discoid stele.

Our Basque table knives feature handles in a variety of woods: olive, holm oak, juniper, violet wood, birch and boxwood. The blades are made of 12C27 stainless steel. Guillochage on the top of the blades with 7 “S” representing the 7 Basque provinces.
